The growth of cafe business in the city of Jababeka with diverse facilities makes the city of Jababeka, especially the Tampan District confused looking for a cafe that fits so that it uses a long time. The author utilizes information technology and implements the SMART method with data for cafe criteria such as places of worship, parking facilities, non-smoking areas or smoking areas, wifi facilities, indoor and outdoor rooms, interior design, meeting facilities, private and party rooms, facilities games, children's playgrounds and data list cafes that the author gets from the results of observations and questionnaires in the field in making this system. Design diagrams that are built by writers such as use case, class, activity and sequence diagrams, which essentially form a system flow, so that the writer can build this system. whereafter testing using manual calculation, white box, and black box, the results of manual and white box calculations produce the same cafe recommendation output so that the resulting decision can be said to be valid, and the results of black-box testing say the basic functions of the system are running well, Would solve hope the system This cafe recommendation decision support can answer community problems that are difficult to determine cafe recommendations that suit their needs.
